The worst customer support

Probably the worst customer support not just in the fibre business but in general, I have not had internet on over 4 weeks and Vuma keeps blaming Afrihost with Afrihost blaming Vumatel, they send the same technician who is saying there is nothing he can do. This is the worst service I have received in my 34 year life have spent over 4k in data and in airtime trying to get a resolution it's no wonder they have an overall rating of 1.4 here. They don't even follow up and the refuse to escalate.
