The Worst Customer Service in South Africa #1

Vumatel is by far the most disappointing internet service provider in South Africa. While I understand they operate through partnered service providers, the complete lack of direct, immediate customer support is deeply concerning and utterly unacceptable.

Attempting to get help is a nightmare — you contact Vumatel directly and receive no response. You reach out to one of their affiliated service providers and are still ignored. The entire support structure is broken and shows no regard for customers in urgent need of assistance.

I strongly urge anyone considering Vumatel to stay far away. The service is unreliable, and the customer care is practically non-existent. Save yourself the frustration and choose a provider that actually values its users.
