The worst customer service

I have done everything I possibly can to get these people to set up my fibre. I spoke to Olebogeng last week who had promised to give me a call back but nothing for an entire week. I DM them on Instagram and still get the "we will get in touch soon" nonsense. When I call I'm put on a waiting line for 30+ minutes until I hang up. This is completely ridiculous
