The worst customer s...

The worst customer service ever…I have been sent from Pillar to Post…on a simple request!!! They scheduled an appointment to do an installation…yesterday at 13:30 and no one came..no communication…no rescheduling …just nothing!!! I have called their call centre and whatsapped their whatsapp number…they keep on saying the assigned technician Prince Mkhonto will call me…I have received no response yet!!!!! Grossly disappointing
