The wifi has not been working for the past 2 months and they are refusing to come and fix it saying that it's dangerous for them and my question is wasn't it dangerous when they came to install it and I didn't get an answer

The wifi has not been working for the past 2 months and they are refusing to come and fix it saying that it's dangerous for them and my question is wasn't it dangerous when they came to install it and I didn't get an answer. Please help me to get them to fix it because they've deducted the money.
