The network does not "Vuma" and NOBODY CARES!!!!

Shocking! To say the least. No communication, no accountability and resolution from Vumatel. Nobody followed up on our request for fibre. Once the installation was done, 3 times because it was messed up multiple times. Nobody followed up, all the blame was pushed to Home-connect. I cannot even provide the name of any consultant from Vumatel to this day from the 03/10/24. We have been waiting for a technician to come to our house since this morning at 9am. We've been stuck in the house since morning waiting for Vumatel and they are a no show. This level of incompetence is staggering.
