The most useless fibre company
The most horrible fibre ever. If you are looking for internet and you want a stable connection to work and watch TV, please look somewhere else. Vumatel takes years to come and connect the router in the first place, when they finally do, the connection is ALWAYS interrupted. You pay for fibre and still have to buy loads of mobile data because of how useless their fibre is. Working from home is a nightmare with this kind of internet

17 Oct 2022, 13:32I have to incur more costs making calls to fix your incompetence? I have already done this before and it was futile. Worse you have BEEN saying you will install individual boxes in each Unit at greenstone crest, we are stillwaiting even today

29 Oct 2022, 06:29This is so stupid, you keep asking me the same question without remeding the issue. How can it be resolved if you didn't do anything to resolve the issue? Don't worry though, I am cancelling my contract. You won't have to do anything anymore
