The most ********** service I have ever experienced

This worst service from any company in any industry I have ever received. I knew they had a bad reputation but where I live means I’m forced to use them. I have been without internet for a month and been completely ignored except when they take my money. The WhatsApp line is useless and they leave you on hold for half an hour at a time. I am going to the home owners association with a few other tenants tomorrow who have also had appalling experiences and showing them all these reviews. In this day and age this kinds of experience is unacceptable and will not be tolerated. I have never ever in my life given a bad review to any company but this is at the point where they have had me in tears since I work from home and have spent a fortune on data while waiting for them to provide what was promised! Nothing more, nothing less.
