The installation was incredibly quick and the team communicated with me throughout the entire process. Everything was done professionally and efficiently – they really do everything well. When I experienced a network outage, they resolved it very quickly and even called to follow up and check that everything was working properly. I’m currently on two different Vuma plans for two separate households with different ISPs, and I rarely experience any problems. I’ve been very happy with the service overall and would highly recommend them.
