The employees that were assigned to come install the Fibre were so professional and friendly. They explained everything in detail and whatever they were about to do, they let me know. They made sure they didn't leave before we were connected. It took the office team a while to send my pass8but the guys kept calling them to let them know that they are waiting for me to get connected first before they can go to the next client. And they kept time. They definitely underpromised but over delivered
