The customer service/maintenance is very bad
The customer service/maintenance is very bad. I paid for the WiFi but there's a fibre fault and I've been lagging tickets but there's no resolution. The technicians come and they do nothing about it, they severally **** to me that the WiFi will be ok but still there has been a red light on the device that's prohibiting me from using their services.

23 Feb 2026, 15:58You better tell your technicians to attend to my issue and I need reinstallation of course, I can't pay for something I don't necessarily use, actually I must as well get a refund for all those days I was not using your poor services
