Good day Peter please assist me with the Vumatel (webafrica)internet service provider. The company is robbing peoples money, I have requested the Vuma to come and install the internet at my place and of which they did come and install the router on the 25 of January 2022 and i was promised the the internet will be activated with the next coming two days but that was a lie I'm still not connect even now . I've been trying to call the since last week Thursday with no luck, course they keep clients waiting for more than two hours without no response I've already waisted 400 hundred with airtime and Data but yet I've paid them R399 on the 25 January 2022 but my service is not connected, the call Centre agents are rude and lack interpersonal skill they can't communicate with clients they not patience with me. my name is Mpho Pride Dhlamini my contact details is ***.
