The after sales service is terrible, after you pay the amount that they want, you are nothing to them

The after sales service is terrible, after you pay the amount that they want, you are nothing to them. It took them 5 weeks for them install the wifi and during the installation i complained about the wires and the visible glue on my ceilings and asked if theres an alternative that they can use or mybe conceal the wires, they gave me every reason for me to understand that there is no other way. Since then I've been calling sending emails still no help, my house looks like a mechanics house. The last person i called i told him to come and remove the wires and the wifi cause i no longer want it and still no one pitched.
