The absolute worst mistake u will ever make

WORST MISTAKE EVER signing up with vumatel. Over 5 months and no refund. I did not connect as they said they have to dig through my paving im order to connect and they were not going to fix the mess they created so I opted to not connect. I am still waiting to get a refund. I am taken from pillar to post and they keep saying they have escalated the matter, but nothing. Worst mistake ever. Do not do it!!!
