Thank you VUMA!!!

My line went down 5 days ago. My ISP is Cool Ideas and infrastructure is VUMA.

Cool ideas has not been very helpful but VUMA assisted me as I contacted them on twitter and were very helpful and providing me with updates.

@VUMA thank you so much for assisting us, apologies for contacting you via social media but it seems the ISP's might be blaming you for them not doing their part. I plan on finding another ISP but will keep to use the VUMA infrastructure.
