Thank you Katlego Moikanyane (Vumatel ANO)

I had a terrible experience with MWEB and Vumatel in June when my WiFi was down for almost 3 weeks. In all the chaos and incessant calls to the service provider, I had such a wonderful experience with one employee who came on board towards the latter end of my query being resolved. His name is Katlego Moikanyane and he really went above and beyond to lessen the pain that I had already gotten from this experience. Katlego made himself available even after hours to answer my questions and kept me informed of every effort he made (big or small) to get my query resolved. I really thing he was a ray of sunshine in an otherwise gloomy situation. Thanks Katlego.
