Thank you for the great service received. I had a line outage, which was reported to my ISP, they transferred to Vuma and within minutes I was contacted by Vuma support to make an arrangement to come to my home. The technicians arrived, identified the fault, fixed is shortly thereafter and my service was restored. Thank you to all involved in ensuring my case was resolved so efficiently.
