Terribly slow service ???

Why is it taking so long for Vumatel to cancel my order from an ISP (VOX)THAT I HAVE CANCELLED ALMOST A MONTH AGO ? VOX HAS CONFIRMED THAT MY ORDER WITH THEM HAS BEEN CANCELLED !! I have been without internet for almost two months due to vumatel’s incompetence and terrible customer service. Afrihost is my new ISP, please clear the address for them so that my fibre package can be installed at my new address!!
