Terribly impressed by Vumatel

Arrived home from a vacation in the late afternoon. Noticed my box wasn't working and phoned in after 6pm on a Sunday. First response handler was great. I got a call from the tech team to set up a call out for 9am the next morning. I expected a lot less but I'm delighted with the response and service I have received. We'll done for so late on a Sunday and great response time.
