Terrible Vumatel Service

Line been down for 5 days now and no contact from Vumatel. Vox is ISP and drip feeding me updates that says nothing about what Vumatel is doing. Apparently they provisioned my existing line to a new customer and haven't corrected the error!!! This is about the 2nd or 3rd time this is happening. Seriously ****ed off. Thinking of switching to Telkom...that's how desperate I am!!!!
