Terrible support services

Being sent from pillar to post between Vumatel and Afrihost is very frustrating, finally got some feedback and a ticket for "activation" logged but now nothing from Vumatel at all. Its been 3 days of trying to get hold of your activations department, this phone just rings. Your support line has been of no help at all, instead just shifting the blame onto Afrihost when I reiterated numerous times thats they made it clear Vumatel needed to complete the setup on their side.

I work from home and it is completely unacceptable that I have to run around trying to get this sorted out with no aid what so ever! Even sending an email to you returns with an error so clearly there is an issue here.

The technician left my house Thursday, said it would take a few hours for line to be active but until now nothing..... Despite all the attempts to make contact.
