Terrible services from Vumatel - Line up and down continuing for weeks now - Very Bad Service

Fiber line down for 1 – 3 days, at least once to twice a week! This has been going on for a couple of weeks now. We took a drive past the Vumatel box in our area, it’s standing wide open. Phoned Vumatel now for days trying to get our line back up, it’s down now for day 3. When you ask to speak to a manager, they are never available and do not return our calls. This is terrible service, we’re paying a lot of money for fiber, and not having it for 3 days out of 7 is just ridicules, and this every week?!
