Terrible Service - Weeks with No Connection!

I’m beyond frustrated with Vumatel’s service. We’ve had no connection for weeks, and every attempt to contact their support team has been ignored. Reaching out on WhatsApp or calling is a complete waste of time, as no one seems willing to assist.

Every single week, we have to ask for reconnections, only to have the same issue repeat. It’s ridiculous that we’re paying full price for service, but only getting to use the Wi-Fi for a week if we’re lucky. This is by far the worst service I’ve experienced with any internet provider. Fix your service or at least have the decency to communicate with your customers!
