Terrible service Vumatel. ( another lost client)

Vumatel the most shocking fiber company! We will be changing immediately. Lodged a complaint on Friday... no help and it’s Thursday. They promise a 48 hr turn around time. ( 7 days is not acceptable)

Numerous calls but no one cares. Incredibly dissatisfied. Bitco home fiber here we come.
