Terrible service Vumatel

I would like to give less than zero stars. Am attempting to activate internet in a house. Has been 3 weeks and nothing yet. Fibre is already installed, so only needs acceptance of ISP, which after 3 weeks, Vumatel has not yet done. Cannot get hold of the company, cannot get any answers as to what is wrong. There is no person to speak to, no phone number. Absolutely disgusting service. Do not use this fiber provider
