Terrible service! Very disappointed!

I am really disappointed in the service (or lack thereof) that I’ve received from Vuma Reach. I paid almost two weeks ago but I still don’t have connection. Don’t get me started on the back and forth between Vuma and Afrihost. When you eventually get hold of them on the phone after holding for about 30 minutes at a time, you are then told that the other one will resolve your problem. Or maybe we’re being treated this way coz you guys know that there is no other alternative for fibre connection? Ps. I gave you a review of 1 because zero was not an option
