Terrible service. Useless, don't waste your time!

I have been disappointed with Vuma. I can not get hold of them anywhere.

They keep on transferring me from agent to agent without any real help. I only have 2 lights on on the router, sometimes 3 and that's pushing it.

I've been contacting them for the past week, and guess what? Useless! No help! Nothing.

What exactly am I paying for?

My internet service provider is Fly.cool and they're just as useless! Sies man!
