Terrible service provider

An absolute unreliable service provider. I don't know why Vodacom still use them. I have drop outs on a regular basis, slow speed and I phone Vodacom they say their hands are tied because Vumatel just don't listen to them. We have no internet service for more than 36 hours at this stage and when I phone Vodacom they say they get no feedback from Vumatel about the outage and when they are going to be online again. Luckily Open Serve is also available in our area, so it is goodbye Vumatel from me.
