Terrible Service Provider

A very disappointing company😞 I’ve been without Wi-Fi connection for more than a week now and the worst thing is that I didn’t go to church today because yesterday I received a text message stating that their maintenance team will come to my house today at 11:00 to investigate the matter further but that didn’t happen. Tried to call the mom and I’m being sent from pillar to post 😔
