Terrible service, not only did they not deliver the router

Terrible service, not only did they not deliver the router. They debit the full monthly amount which I never used the service and when I followed up regarding the router I was told they out of stock and they don’t know when they will receive stock. How can you debit me for a service I didn’t use because you failed to deliver the router???? This is the most unprofessional thing I’ve ever came across. If it was possible to give a negative 5 star rating, this will be it.
