Terrible service, no service at all

We booked an appointment for a team to come out and fix what they didn't complete. We scheduled it for 14th after so much problems and effort as said above. They called in the 13th to say they can't come. We complained, they said to send a team. What do you know, the wrong team was sent. This is ridiculous, I would understand if this was fixed the first two times. Not the 100th time.
