Terrible service, no communication

I inquired about Vumatel's installation for my house in Khutsong extension 4, they asked me to pay, which I did. I used their whatsapp chat bot for the links to payments.

They called to give me a day for installation, this was supposed to be today at 10am. Prior to this, I had wanted to change the contact number which I failed to do. I wasn't gonna be around.

None of the communications work, the whatsapp is useless because I waited the whole day yesterday and day before to get an agent.

Now worse part, no one came to install and no phone call was made to arrange for another time. I stopped all my commitments for today and now I regret why...

Please can someone help me with this...
