Terrible Service. Internet cancelled for no reason.

Cancelled my internet on 02/11/2022 for no reasons for 4 days. After numerous calls to customer service it was instated on 05/11/2022. No reason could be given for cancellation. I demand credit for the 4 days I was not able to use internet. This is unacceptable. I have not had one day of issues with Open Serve.
