Terrible service in North of Bloemfontein
Vumatel does not have enough capaciity on their network. They drop existing customers for new ones. Not the first time this has happened in our complex. The have no direct line and I've logged a call with my ISP, but between Vox and Vumatel, absolutely nothing has happened the whole day.

We have checked your fibre line and it was provisioned and services are up and running.
Your first point of contact when you have an issue relating to your connection is your ISP (internet service provider). This is a crucial step as they will assist with troubleshooting on their end and vetting if the connection is related to the fibre provider(us), if the issue is fibre-related then a Vumatel ticket will be logged. Kindly reach out to your ISP.
Kind regards
