Terrible service i ever came across in my customer experience !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My query has been going on forever and not satisfied with the service i am getting . I requested a second line and i was advised that the funds that i paid will be transferred to the 2nd line , all i get is that the query is escalated and no one knows what is the delay about . They keep on saying they are waiting for accounts . Vuma service is terrible and i would not recommend anyone , as a first time client this is bad, one of the agents advised that the refund can take up to 9 months ... but they still cant deliver . I wonder if i will be assisted .
