Terrible Service- Highly NOT Recommended

TERRIBLE service. I have been without wifi for over a month now. I am a postgraduate student where research is a VITAL part of my programme, and I have spent SO MUCH money on data because Vumatel has not come to connect our fibre since we’ve moved. They promised us since the 28th of February that the fibre will be up and running BY the 31st of March- which is already ridiculous. It’s the 7th of April today and I am still without Wifi. Would most definitely not recommend.
