Terrible service from Vumatel

About 3 months ago vumatel did maintenance in our area. The result was that we have not had proper internet since. Our internet goes off at least six times every day which makes it impossible to work from home. we have reported the problem many times without any success. We have even changed our service provider but it made no difference. Vumatel is not even slightly interested in our problem. It is time for them to get some competition. It is not possible for anybody to be worse. Susan Kellerman
