Terrible service from Vumatel

Having aproblem with my fibre line, my ISP Telkom tells me the fault is with Vumatel, when I contact Vumatel they tell me that telkom must log a ticket with Vumatel, this is a load of nonense. Have the fibre for 7 days and it only worked the first day. No help from Vumatel. Worst company ever, only treat you well at the start, after the fibre installed, then the bad service starts.
