Terrible service from Vuma

On the 6th of December 2023 I reported to Vuma via the whatsap function as the listed call center number has been disconnected.

That we have no coverage.

Today the 8th of December 2023 still no coverage.

Sent an email at 8am.

1pm still no response.

Both whatsap and email is ignored.

Can't work hybrid

Can't stream

But Vuma subscription paid for December usage.
