Terrible Service from Vuma

The service with this service provider is atrociously shocking. I am experiencing issues with my internet since the date of installation and splicing.

Which is the 10th February 2021 and today is the 01st March 2021. That is 21 days without internet. I am being given the run around between my ISP Cool Ideas and Vuma. Cool Ideas says it is your issue as they just do the "administration work " who is fibbing here.

Please fix my line VUMA I cannot deal without internet for 21 days !@!!!!!!!
