Terrible service for new installation

We app**** for fibre with Vox Telecoms, where Vumatel is the fibre provider. The request has already been sent to Vumatel on the 18th July 2019, To date, nothing has been done, even with Vox escalation. We already have the fibre installed up and until the units, all that needs to be done is the installation into the unit so that Vox can complete their bit. If this is the service you get before it even starts, I don't want to know what will happen after.
