Terrible service

I wish I could rate less than 1 star ! Just moved into a new place and booked a fibre installation for 07.30 and 2.5 hours later no one has arrived - no communication. I work from home and need internet access. Try phoning. You wait in line for 40minutes just to be told by a computer to leave a message and hang up , no consultant to speak to. Terrible terrible service.
