Terrible service

I had my installation done on Friday at 14h00. Untill now m not connected. The sms with the username and password were sent, however i am not able to find the username on avaialble networks. I have tried to get help from a SPI but they promised to reactivate the account. Since then no one else came back to me. M still not connected and i have paid and i need the wifi to work as i am working from home
