terrible service do not pay them for fibre

i paid via eft on tuesday (12/03/2024) And the router was installed on friday (15/03/2024) but its been 5 days now i have no connection. the chat bots gives you the same excuse of 24-48 hours and the call centre service is terrible. they take your money with no service and leave yo uas a customer running around. just go with mtn or vodacom do not waste your time with this company. i have requested a refund.
