Terrible service

Tried calling webafrica regarding installation which is supposedly done by vumatel, a number was provided to make contact with vumatel yet when you call them you get told that you have to make contact with vumatel over whatsapp.

On whatsapp I don’t know whether I was dealing with a bot or a person but whoever I dealt with is extremely ***********. Here we are spending our hard earned money on a service but its servicing is terrible.

Technician want to send time when they will come around yet they also a no show. Please make contact with your ISP, Telkom is just as terrible.

I guess I will be paying some peoples salaries there for being no good to me with a router and no ***n internet.
