Terrible service Cool ideas Vumatel Easy pay

I am with cool ideas service provider which falls under Vumatel. In April 2024 their online system was not working for me to purchase voucher I then emailed them and they sent me easy pay number which I went to go and pay only for it not to work, few days later the online payment was working and I then bought wifi voucher online which means I paid twice now and was without wifi for few days. After numerous emails , phone calls I have still not received refund or another voucher. Cool ideas says it's Vumatel and Vumatel says it's easy pay. Terrible Terrible service
