Terrible service

I’ve been waiting for Vumatel to contact me regarding installation. Two guys came 2 weeks ago and advised they can’t do the installation on that day and I was not given a reason. And they advised they will be in contact with me. I have not heard anything from Vumatel or my ISP which is Vodacom. Their service is really pathetic.
