Terrible service!

Posting this now as a last resort for help.

I have given Vumatel more than enough notice to get their side sorted.

I need urgent activation of my internet and I'm still waiting for provisioning on the ONT and installation of my router.

I made multiple calls to Vumatel to get this sorted. Supersonic has escalated it multiple times. Still nothing from Vumatel

I have received nothing but bad service from you.
