Terrible service.

I have been trying to get hold of them for a week now to repair my fiber line. No joy. I can't run my business, losing contracts and clients because of this. There is no way to contact them or get hold of a technician to come out to resolve the problem. Mweb have tried from their side whatever they could, but still no technician. Is there someone out there that could assist please. I am desperate at this stage. My upload speed is 0.84 and download 0 instead of 50 up and down.
