Terrible service

I renewed my voucher on Monday then my wifi was still off I was told it will be activated midnight. Next morning still no wifi I was told they investigating then my ticket was closed with no communication and wifi still off. It is Wednesday today I still have no wifi and no feedback I have been calling to check up myself since no communication is being sent to me. I now have to spend more money on data and airtime. Terrible Terrible service
